Shaya Bates founded Link to Learn Behavior Therapy with the mission to build a community of support for families and to enrich the lives of children with developmental disabilities.  She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and began working in ABA in 2007.  Shaya takes pride in having a naturalistic teaching style and using creativity when working with our learners.    

Kimberly George is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.  She has been in the field of ABA for over 10 years.  She has a passion for training and helping our behavior technicians gain advanced skills in working with our learners.  Kimberly has an innovative way of looking at behavior that is a great asset to our team and our clients!

Danielle Strickland is a Behavior Specialist.  She brings a diverse skill set to our team with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, experience in behavior analysis and educational settings.  Danielle serves as our IEP consultant, CPI trainer, and you may have seen her leading our teen/tween social skills groups at Link to Learn.  Danielle brings a child-centered approach that we value in our practice.
